First of all I am going to talk about three things:
1. Quality
2. Packaging
3. Help services
—————————
The quality overall is very good and feels really nice and spacious for all your wires, strings and picks but I think it would fit a wire or two and maybe a pack of strings and it would be enough (for the bottom part) the top part let’s say a mini chips bag.

—————————

The packaging was really amazing except for the fact that I spotted a cockroach when I opened it which could never come from outside since it was packaged well which made me really confused.

—————————

The help service or customer service was a bit weird they would usually be really nice but when I contacted them about the cockroach incident all they replied with was “we have no cockroaches here” not even a hi or hello or have a nice day which felt again. Weird.

P
Okay for the price

I bought this gigbag for my ESP explorer as I wanted to avoid taking a heavy case around when practicing, the case is well made the padding is good but here is my main complaint, it is all around the gigbag but it is missing on the most important part of the case exactly where the back point of the explorer is basically the part you rest on the floor when positioning the case upright, to avoid damaging the end point you have to tilt it forward a bit so that it can rest on the middle part of the gigbag which is well padded but the neck could be at risk, all in all I was expecting more, I bought the same gigbag for my flying-V and that was perfect this one tho could be made a little better, still a good purchase for the price

A
Questionable fitting
Anonymous 30.04.2014
As I heard some good reviews about this gig bag - and the price being so inviting, I thought I would give this a try for my ESP LTD Snakebyte.
I'm actually too worried that this gig bag could damage the finish on my guitar. When I put it in the bag and strap it to my back, the edge of my snakebyte finds its way to the zip lining, putting a strain on the zip itself and possibly (in time) removing the finish of my guitar.

I'm not sure if its because its the nature of my model - In any case if you have a Snakebyte, I would look elsewhere for your gig bag.

The reason why I am giving it a (generous) 3 stars is because its so cheap.
