For the price, I knew exactly what the bag would be and that is exactly what I got, in fact, I think it even exceeds the price somewhat if I compare it with other bags I have bought from Thomann which are twice the price. The bag matches the marketing photo and description exactly. It has ample space for the guitar, which fits snugly, and there is sufficient storage for the kinds of things one might usually want to take along such as guitar cabling, notepads, etc. The zippers are of the quality that comes with bags at this price point. The handle is strong and well positioned. The straps might look flimsy but are no different from what you see on bags of this price and frankly I think they should be able to do their job fine. The bag has sizeable and ample padding which should be able to protect the bag from the kinds of bumps, knocks or impacts it would be exposed to in typical keeping, carriage or if it fell down. The only thing I would say is that it feels quite stiff, not really foamy. But this makes the bag much sturdier than another that I have which is twice the price and feels floppy and is good only for keeping the guitar and protecting it from dust, not for travel or transportation. I feel confident to use this one to travel with the guitar. In conclusion, bearing in mind the price, I am quite satisfied with the purchase and would not hesitate to recommend it for a buyer who has in mind the kinds of uses I have summarized in my review.

MG
Roomy and Secure
Mr Greggles 11.08.2018
I bought this for an ST-style guitar (HB ST-70 Black Paisley) because I have been playing at beach barbecues recently and wanted a bag with good padding.

The padding is great: 20mm of expanded polyethylene, so much better than the usual foam rubber. The bag, however, is huge. The poor little Strat looks lost inside it. I don't have the opportunity to test it but I imagine an ES335 would be quite at home in it. I will use it, though, because the padding is what I wanted.

It has four unpadded pockets accessible from the outside and, helpfully, a thick webbing panel on the inside which protects your guitar from any hard, lumpy objects in the main pocket. The padded straps are comfortable to use and secure. They are not the easiest to adjust in length but that's because they err on the side of secure holding. The carry handle seems strong and has a padded grip. Either way it is comfortable and secure to carry. It has a name tag holder which seems a sweet, over-optimistic touch these days.

Overall a very secure and accommodating bag at a very reasonable price. I kind wish they did a slightly smaller version but I'm not complaining

This is a GOOD BAG, so GOOD I'm using it for guitars AND other fragile expensive things!
Oscar (Tired of Diet Pepsi) 24.12.2019
As an artist and musician, I've always carried a burden.
Both emotional and physical. Well..mostly physical; from the guitar cases I have to lug around from jam session to jam session.

Not only that, I've had a sour history with gig bags. It's either single strapped and extremely uncomfortable, or that its flimsy and absolutely unreliable.

But my emotional (and physical) burden was lifted when this case came to my life. I never felt so secure about my guitar travels. The commute was easier cause its light as a summer breeze. The padding is so good, I used it as a drunk pillow once during one of my friend's 'inspired' jam sessions. He needs more couches, i swear. Regardless, If this case can cradle my fragile expensive head, it can most definitely carry and protect your guitar!

Case is sturdy, well balanced and has PLENTY of pockets; which are three aspects that a lot of people need work on. My roomies keep asking if I can hold stuff for them cause I'm the last of the 1999'ers to wear cargo pants. Oh what would all my unstable and and fragile friends do without me.

I should tell them to buy one of these. And have them hold their fragile expensive things (and guitars!) in these instead.

Anyways I hope this review makes it to the public, cause this case changed my life. Really. And its genuinely a really good case, buy it and you won't regret it. You can always regret all the Diet Pepsi you bought instead of this case though, which was me a couple months ago.

A great case in this price category! The material is durable, waterproof and certainly beautiful. Elastic and rather thick inner pad perfectly holds and protects the tool. The locks are of high quality, work perfectly. plenty of comfortable and roomy pockets. Recommend to buy!

My short review of this product
Steel.band 05.02.2022
Case of excellent quality, the presence of additional pockets and their volume is very pleased. The stuffing is very dense, the fabric is very dense, let's see how it will look in a couple of years, so far it's new, everything is fine!

Exceptional

Need a gigbag big enough to fit your Les Paul, 335, strat, etc? Padded to where it'll protect it against anything, while still being comfortable? big storage and pockets for all your needs? look no further! this gigbag COMPETES with $100 gigbags from other brands, for $73 less! The zippers are smooth, the padding is thick, soft but protective, the straps are comfortable, and it has HUGE room, 4 whole pockets! with the smallest one being able to fit probably 4 or 5 pedals. Buy it for your cheap guitars, for your expensive guitars, for whatever, because it's absolutely worth it.

Perfect Bag
darkman6092 01.09.2021
I have purchased several Left Handed guitars from Thomann in the past year, and of all the gig bags offered I love this the most, it offers a great look, outstanding quality and just feels great. I will purchase more in the near future, as I plane to make another purchase in the next week, and if and when available in left handed I intend on purchasing the Harley Benton Fusion-III HSH Roasted FBB.

Great protection
Mraitch 08.07.2020
I was really impressed with this gig bag as the guitar is well protected. This was purchased for the Harley Benton TE70-RW with the straight through neck (it could be used for a strat as well) but would not use it for and angled headstock (for and SG or Les Paul). There are pockets for a folding stand, lead and strap. Functional and well made. I was hardly surprised at the quality of this bag, having purchased a couple of bass gig bags in recent years. Well done, Thomann; another quality product.

K
Does not fit a 30" scale baritone, like Thomann advertises.
Kungfubunny 04.04.2023
I bought this gigbag specifically because Thomann recommended it for a 30" baritone guitar.
When it arrived, that proved to not be the case, the last 2 tuners of the guitar were sticking out of top, when fully zipped up.

I still kept it though, because its quite premium in quality and sturdiness
I would recommend it for a normal scale guitar, or even a short scale baritone. Nothing over 27" would fit nicely.
