Military Grade Protection

This case provides military grade protection for your acoustic bass. It's enormous and really quite heavy and once you've opened the six catches you have access to a well lined casket for your axe. You do feel like a magician with all those catches but I guess it ensures you precious cargo doesn't fall out accidentally. There is a very large pocket for strings, straps, capos etc which also supports the neck. I purchased it with a Takamine acoustic bass and it fits perfectly with no movement or unnecessary pressure. I'd have no concerns even checking the case in on a flight - it's that sturdy. If I was to be picky, the lock and key are a bit of a joke but Security isn't an issue for me - if someone is going to steal it, they'll take it case and all. If you gig with an acoustic bass, this is the case for you.

Very reasonable price/quality

Bought this one because one of the working bands introduced a new acoustic set, so to keep a acoustic bass on the mobile stage (dressing room) it has to be roadie-proof and liquid-proof.

It´s not a flight-ready hardcase with suspension, but it does the job.

It´s quite a big boy, the size surprised me. Comfortable handle.

Would buy again if needed. Great product.

Seems like a solid case that will last through time.Comfort for your precious, style and a sweet little hidden case in the case are some of its virtues.

Big, heavy, tough

It's big and fits my Ibanez acoustic bass. It's tough and heavy; the hardware is well made.

Only issue is that the vinyl film is becoming unstuck from the ply base. The glue is not so stable. Improving the glue or pre-treating the vinyl before application should improve it.

For the money, it's fine.

A good case

It is a good case to preserve your bass while trasporting it by car, for instance. Or if you are not keen on displaying your bass to your guests! :) I would have preferred if during the moving it wouldn't be hitting against my leg. Good price and useful though.

Jumbo awesome for jumbo bass case

Im very happy that Thomann provided size specifications so I didnt have guess if my bass guitar is a jumbo or not. Super fast delivery and best price I could find anywhere.

Awesome EAB Case

No issues. Hardware, hinges, latches and handle are great. Ample storage space. It fits my Harley Benton B-35 perfectly.

Good value acoustic bass case

Decent quality on the outside, very nicely fitted out inside. Swallows my Ibanez with a little extra padding but that's fine - I'm not paying custom fit money. The only criticism - it looks huge next to my six string acoustic case! But overall, very good value for some quite literally heavyweight protection.
