I previously used a soft case by Cobra which I had to line with fibre board and foam to make it sufficiently strong and protective, it worked great until the zip failed.
I did the usual online searching and found only Thomann made a bespoke case for my mixer (Soundcraft Signature 10 .. obviously).
The desk fits perfectly as you’d expect for a made to measure case.
Strong yet soft rubber blocks cradle the desk, the front (slider) end of the desk is supported so that the desk lies horizontally and not at the angle it sits during operation, this leaves space underneath if there’s any small items you want to store, there’s also a gap at the back (input) end between the back wall of the case and the mixer, easily enough room for a power cable.
There’s thick foam lining the underside of the lid which will mould itself gently to your knobs and sliders preventing them from moving.
The base and inner walls are lined with a firm rubber which isn’t thick but feels solid enough.
The Hinges and locks are decent quality as is the comfortable rubber lined handle.
Nothing rattles or shakes.
The rubber/foam lined inner isn’t aesthetically perfectly finished but it’s a 9/10 and should do the job.
At only £60 (+£10 postage) it seemed just the right price for a small mixer desk and is certainly very fair for a case which good quality and made to measure.
My acoustic duo play 30 - 50 pub type gigs a year so our gear needs decent protection but doesn’t need international touring band heavy duty flight cases.
Decent made to measure protection for your desk at a very reasonable price.

Some room for cable
Finn McC 03.04.2021
When i bought a similar thomann case for my drum machine, i was irritated to find there was zero space for any cable. This case came with a soundcraft mixing desk, there is no room for all the speaker cable, but at least it fits the power supply ! No other issues at all with the case itself
