Carry handles not up for the job

Not sure if the one I got is a dud but the design of teh carry straps leaves me concerned.
Literally the first use for this bag and teh cary strap buckle crumbled in my hand. Maybe it was a defective plastic, still waiting to hear back from Thomann, but the design means that when this buckle breaks teh whole strap lets go through the strap loop.
I can't afford for a bag to fail in this way, especially hinging on a cheap plastic buckle. glad I was only moving something cheap and not my nord...
The other Thomann bags I've tried have been good and I had confidence in buying this product but I think I'll leave the keyboard ones alone with this incident.
