Blanking panel

Thomann has sent me a 3U instead of a 2U blanking panel. Due to the light plastic packaging and traveling with other stuff, a panel has arrived scratched and damaged. Because the price is low and i don't have time to ship back to replace the panel.
The overall quality of a panel it's ok and certainly will do the job.
