One broken upon delivery inside the unopened plastic gig. Bought two and the other was fine. Spent too much time with Thomann about proving the "broken upon delivery" and simply decided to keep the one with a broken handle as it works otherwise. But,, not being enough to send pictures of the broken unit inside it's unopened plastic bag to get it exchanged ? It's not expensive, the rest of the shipment was,, so felt very unnecessary....

For the price I would've expected a different quality at least for the mechanism to retrieve the cable, it can get stuck if you're not careful when spinning it back. Other than that, it solves what I need.

You need that sometimes. The built-in fuse makes it easy to operate, however, it is always worth unwinding the cable completely for use. The quality doesn't seem overwhelming, but neither is the price. So I dare to recommend it.
