Really lovely pair of sticks which I buy time and time again. As stated in the title however these are not for those who drum a little heavier than others. Their build is quite delicate but this however makes them nice and light and agile, perfect for playing slower paced tracks and absolutely brilliant for adding or flourishing definition in cymbals, particularly the ride cymbal or intricate Hi-Hat work. As a specialty stick pair I find them great and always like to have a pair in the event that I need them for a similar venture as stated above. You cannot go wrong with Vader in my opinion.

My favourite drumsticks!
AndreFerreira 15.06.2023
Ive had the luck to find this series on a drumshow where i didnt brought my own sticks.
Light and fast, short taper and the combination of maple wood and a small round tip makes any cymbals sound amazing!!
Great dynamics, cant play cymbals without this one on my bag ;)

These have come to be my favourite sticks by a long shot.
Very smooth, just the right size and weight, most importantly they feel like extensions of my hands. Which is what you want, really.

Vater Maple Sweet Ride Sticks
Robert814 19.01.2014
I usually use Manhattan 7A, but wanted something of similar length but lighter for washy jazz cymbals. These fit the bill just fine. The maple does feel very light and the ball tip is tiny, but not that much when held next to a 7A.

Great for jazz

These sticks are very well balanced and light weighted.
The maple wood gives the sticks a soft sound, especially on the cymbals and the round tip provide a controlled sound.
