que te dan un sonido calido, consistente y con un buen punch, a la vez ligero y fino en los toques suaves. Estoy muy contento porque la madera saca buen sonido y son muy robustas

Auf der Suche nach anderen Sticks, mein jahrelang gespieltes Modell gibt es nicht mehr, habe ich diese Sticks von Vater probiert. Liegen super in der Hand, Haptik, Gewicht, Balance passen für mich genau, könnten eine Spur dicker sein, alles kann man nicht haben. Noch etwas, der Klang auf dem Ride ist der Wahnsinn - super.

Mi standard de jazz

Hace tiempo que empecé a usar las Vater Fusion de Sugar Maple por recomendación de un amigo (muy buen baterista por cierto), y me encantaron, por su peso ligero, punta redonda pequeña.. me siento muy cómodo con ellas y me sientan genial a la mano, y no sé los pares que he usado ya.
Unos años después, este mismo amigo me recomendó las Teardrop, me dijo que el sonido en los platos era otro rollo. Las probé, y no pude estar más de acuerdo.
Para mí son ya indispensables cuando preciso de unas baquetas para swing, el peso, el control y el rebote, y el sonido que producen en los platos, son simplemente insuperables.
Sigo usando las Fusion cuando son estilos con algo más de pegada o menos plato-dependencia (funk, bossa, latin, etc). Para algo más rockero también valen aunque cuidado que son baquetas que te las meriendas enseguida.
Las Teardrop, habiendo probado muchas distintas (7a con sus variaciones, la serie Modern Jazz, así como un montón de signaturas distintas) son insustituibles para jazz para mí.
