Great product but terrible delivery service!

Great product but the delivery service was terrible considering that you have to pay an extra 10 euros for UK delivery! It came in 10 working days which is 5-7 more than the estimated delivery time (3-5) which isn't really acceptable considering you are paying for the delivery!!
