Solid, large stands that will hold a medium sized light (Aputure 600 or so) with no problem.

The crossbar also seems solid, but the connections are a bit loose (althought technically secure) and I have impression they may come undone in use. I'd put a bit of gaffer tape on the joints when assembled, just to be sure.
