I'm very disappointed with the customer service of this company. I reported the very first day when I realised that my instrument was just leaved beside my house outside in the backyard, and it was just dropped up the fence.... Results the guitar get broken.
Till today, the company is claiming the responsibility of this to the delivery company, but my only question is: where do it buy the instrument? Answer at Thomann.de

I sent all the pictures to prove this situation and return the instrument but they just follow the procedure for their convenience.
Conclusion.... I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN HERE
