Be careful when using this product. I used it on one of my Zildjian traditional finish cymbals and it affected its sound. I'm actually pleased of the effect since it is a China cymbal that I always found a bit too loud and present.
Zildjian clearly states that it is meant for brilliant finishes only and they also have a funny instructional video about it on YouTube ("How To Clean Your Cymbals The Right Way"). Check that out before buying and using this product.
Because I did not pay attention to their instructions I now have 3 bottles that I cannot use, haha.

Excellent produit

Effective and great value
Lee Frayne 04.03.2014
Using zildjian cymbals, you need their finish and sound to be high quality.
I only recommend this zildjian p1300 cleaning polish as it breaks down any clinging dirt that may be built up on your cymbals such as grime, dust, stick marks and finger prints. I was amazed at how some of the older zildjian cymbals on my kit were restored in a matter of a few minutes to their original finish and quality. I would hope thomann can supply big bottles of the stuff to the market in the future. To sum it up.... If you care for your zildjian cymbals and want them to look and sound great consistently, I only recommend the right polish and zildjian p1300 cleaning polish does exactly that!:)

Terrible - eats up logos
raffurious 06.08.2022
I dream of the day when Zildjian creates a cleaner that does NOT eat straight through your logos - or at least have the decency of putting out a logo restoration kit, such as Sabian has.
Is it too much to ask? Apparently so!

Works like a charm. Just be really careful not to rub to hard on your logo's. They will come off.

Does what it says very well.

Simply the best stuff you can get. It gets even old and dirty cymbals polished up nicely after a few coats. Expensive for what it is but there is no real alternative if you want to keep your cymbals in showroom condition.

A useful all-in-one product
Peter7602 05.07.2014
It is a product that polishes, cleans and protect all in one application. You need a lot of cloths though since it is hard to get the black "muck" out of the tonal grooves. There seems to bee an endless amount of oxidation... Maybe it is the three-in-one function that makes it hard to remove it all since it also protects the surface? It takes a lot of elbow grease to obtain a perfect result. It is a lot easier to use on smoother sufaces than on cymbals with deep tonal grooves.
