Works very well. No loss of sustain and tone on my Gibson ES345
Leonardo Mirenda 24.11.2021
This bridge looks good and works very well.
I have a Gibson ES345 with a Bigsby, and though it didn't really have tuning problems, the factory bridge was really getting old. The saddles were just too worn.
So I bought this bridge after hours and hours of reading blogs and reviews.
Some stating that roller bridges kill tone and sustain, some stating that they exalt the tone and improve sustain.

I'll be very honest: I tested the old and the new bridge, A-B'ed them many times. I carefully recorded them in Pro Tools in my recording studio with top grade gear.

There's no significant change in tone or sustain.
They didn't really sound 100% the same. But the difference was like a 3%.
And none of them sounded better than the other.
I mean, if you slightly move the knobs on your amps or guitar, the difference will be A LOT bigger.

What DID change is the action on the Bigsby.
Again, the factory bridge worked quite well. This new one is just a bit smoother, the Bigsby feels a little better.

The tuning stability on my guitar is really great at this point.
The guitar itself is well setup and stayed in tune well even before changing the bridge, but now the stability is just shocking.
My Bigsby has the Reverend "Soft Touch Spring", which is much softer and smoother than the factory spring.
That made a huge difference.
This bridge is just the icing on the cake.
Now everything is perfectly smooth.
I can basically use the bigsby like the tremolo of a strat.
It's drastic. It's very good.

SO, to wrap this up, if you have a high end guitar and you're looking for something that will "drastically change" or "considerably enhance" the tone of your guitar, I didn't really find this to be the case. My guitar sounds almost the same as it did with the factory bridge (which is a good thing because it always sounded great).
If you have a cheaper guitar, and you're looking for a proper upgrade in functionality and sound, this is what you're looking for.

I'm guessing this bridge is of superior build quality compared to a factory Gibson bridge. The materials should be better and more durable.
But I guess only time will tell.
For now, I'm just happy with the results

Brilliant bridge. A must for guitars with trem.
Gretsch-61 15.08.2021
I bought this item to fit a Gretsch G6120. I use the Bigsby tremolo arm heavily, so I need a bridge that will stay in tune.

The rocking bar bridge on my Gretsch has good sustain and tone, but the overly-wide string slots create string buzz, particularly on the unwound strings. Secondly, intonation was always a compromise.

I considered all the other bridges on the market and weighed up their pros and cons. I could have bought a Gotoh TOM bridge but I know it will not stay in tune due to string friction. I looked up owner comments on the ABM-2400 and every one I read was positive, so I bought it.

When it arrived, I was impressed. It felt solid, well made, and the gold plating is superbly done. I didn't need the supplied bolts/bushings as it fitted directly onto my existing bridge, so it was a quick and easy fit. I tuned up, adjusted the intonation and gave it a hammering. The result was absolutely spot on. My guitar sound is cleaner with better sustain and absolutely no string buzz or rattles. And of course, stays in tune under heavy tremolo operations.

This is German precision engineering and as such, the quality of this bridge is superb. In my opinion, this is the best bridge you can get. It's probably the most expensive, but you get what you pay for. I'll be buying another for my second Gretsch.

ME
Bridge Replacement For ‘Bigsby’-Fitted Gibson Guitar
Munk EC Munk Edo 16.06.2021
I purchased this item having had issues with tuning stability / intermittent catching of strings in the saddles of the factory fitted tuneomatic bridge when using the Maestro tremolo (a carbon-copy Bigsby B5) on my 1998 Blueshawk.

I had first tried Tusq replacement saddles (has been a fix for similar issues before) but the results still weren’t great so I looked at the option of replacing the bridge completely with one fitted with roller saddles.

Swapping over the bridge was very simple. I chose to keep the original mounting studs in the guitar body (even though the ABM bridge comes supplied with studs as well as bolts) as the new bolt’s thread fitted them exactly.

I was impressed by the finish (gold) as it matched perfectly with the rest of my guitar’s hardware. The feature I also rate highly is the ABM’s fixing as once the desired bridge height has been set, any minor movement in the thread of the mounting bolts and tilt of the bridge on the pins can be eliminated by engaging the ‘locking’ components… this also appears to increase the string resonance in to body.

Since I fitted the ABM roller bridge (five months ago) the guitar has been played regularly without any problems or repeat of the previous issue I was having.

An item of exceptional quality and well worth the cost.

Absolute winner for a rounded neck profile LP
Ivo Peshev 17.10.2022
The bridge is solid, the sound of the strings shines after installing it.
My right hand palm feels like in paradise.

This piece of hardware was the exact thing I was looking for my 12 inches Les Paul. The previous bridge was great (roller again), but it fell apart after more than 10 years of use. I have the feeling the ABM will survive even more.
Very easy to install. It never let me down for more than one year of intense use both stage and studio.
Good quality purchase
