Adams A5 Brass 045 Selected GL

Must be close to the lightest trumpet available today. Some physical and playing resemblances to classic Benge 3X.
Responsive, flexible and easy to play. Can slur or jump across harmonics with very little effort. Excellent intonation.
Can be used in all kinds of playing situations. Adams promotes this as a 'commercial' horn and works very well in that context, but also good for solo work or orchestral (Benge was principal trumpet in the Detroit and Chicago Symphony, after all). Works with many different kinds of mouthpiece and sound can be shaped by the player.
However, does not sound or feel like Bach-type trumpet, if that is what you are looking for. Feedback to the player is also different and may need period of adjustment if you have not played this kind of trumpet before.
Valves have long pistons and traditional caps (not recessed) and this may also feel unfamiliar at first.
Valves and slides fantastically good. Very well made instrument. Lacquer finish was not quite perfect but nice colour.
Comes with well designed Adams gig bag.

Nadherne zpracovaný nástroj, ideální pro jazzovou a komercní muziku, ale predevsím na lead v bigbandu. Na první dotek je zrejmé, ze se jedná o velice lehkou trumpetu a od prvních tónu je znát také snadný ozev ve vsech polohách.
Nástroj ma krásný tón, který se uplatní jiste i v klasickém orchestru, nicméne jako ryba ve vode je v bigbandové sekci. Pri hraní leadu se krásne zvukove prosadí, výborne ladí a je velice tvárný (dá se snadno zakulatit i zaostrit, podle toho co je treba).
Písty i cuky chodí výborne, trumpeta tesní, zpracování celkove je velice zdarilé a i esteticky je na co se dívat.
Po deseti m?sících hraní na tento vyborny nastroj nemám nic nez slova chvaly, hodnekrat me trumpeta podrzela a prinasi stále dalsi a dalsi motivaci!
