LOVE!!!

I was looking to purchase my first drum and after consulting with some "drum people" and doing some research I landed on the bougarabou as my drum of choice, and THIS was the one I ended up buying.

I absolutely love it!! It is a small but mighty thing, the sound is beautiful, so "big", deep and mellow for such a little drum. People are constantly amazed at the sound that comes out of this drum.
So I love everything about it.

This is my "gateway" bougarabou because now I'm saving up to get her a partner.... :)

Diese Trommel habe ich auf Grund einer Hörprobe bei Thomann gekauft, weil sie meinen Nerv traf.
Mittlerweile spiele ich sie einige Jahre und ich finde ihren tiefen und vollmundigen Sound immer noch fantastisch. Zwar ist ein Großteil des Felles bereits enthaart, doch dies mindert nicht den Klang.
Und sie ist kleiner als normale Djemben, was mir sehr gut gefällt.
Fazit: Diese Trommel kann ich wärmstens empfehlen, da sie sowohl für afrikanische Musik als auch andere Richtungen einen außergewöhnlich guten Klang hat.
