A good investment

The mouthpiece is free-blowing and has low resistance, the sound is centered and focused, maybe on the brighter side. I use it with Vandoren Traditional 2.5 reeds and the combination gives enough control of intonation in extreme upper registers.

Inzwischen habe ich für Alt, Tenor und Sopran jeweils ein Aizen Mundstück. Auch das Aizen SO 6 hat mir gut gefallen, im Vergleich habe ich mich zwar für das 7ener entschieden, aber das ändert nichts an meiner Bewertung. Schönes Mundstück, makellos verarbeitet, schöner konzentrierter Ton; nicht zu schrill und nicht zu brav; dabei tolle Ansprache.

Spricht hervorragend an. Ist sensationell verarbeitet (ganz leicht... bei einem Sopran-Mundstück fällt das aber nicht wirklich ins Gewicht... ;-)
War mir aber zu "schrill" / "giftig" / "laut" oder wie auch immer. Wenn man mit SEHR wenig Druck spielt, dann würde ich es aber mal probieren...
