Pros:
- Can block movements without disassembling the whole tremolo.

Cons:
- Very inconvenient to rotate the blocking screws. One can't properly do it with only fingers. And when using a tool like pliers, it's getting damaged more and more every time
- Very hard to set it correctly so there will be no small space. So it's kinda blocked from movement back, but there is still tiny space between so you hear the pitch change if moving tremolo back. So, it's blocked, but not really.
- When returning to the initial position, it makes very distinct noize, when the bar hits the stopper. The sound is really loud. And you'll hear it very good in record and in live plays.

So for me it was making only worse. I couldn't completely block the tremolo, and also tremolo started to make an additional noise.
When I was setting it up I just damaged the screws, so it will probably survive 2-3 times more and then I'll have to throw it to the trash.
Can't recommend.

Tremel-Don't!

After seeing this product in a YouTube demo I thought it was the solution to all the problems I had with my recently purchased EVH striped guitar. The guitar played great straight out of the box but the bridge was set to float. As EVH guitars have a D-Tuna they should be set flat to the body otherwise the D-Tuna will put every other string out of tune. So, get one of these and I can flick into drop D, or tune to Eb in a minute or two no problem. This was not to be the case.
After, very carefully, installing this product myself (using the manufacturers YouTube video as there are no printed instructions included with the product) I found that it didn't function at all. I then took it to a local guitar repair shop. They informed me the product was faulty and they had to re-engineer it (somehow) to get it working. I still wasn't happy with after the first "repair" and took it back. It now "kind of" works but the D-Tuna function doesn't seem to be compatible with the Tremel-No whatsoever. In addition to this because the repair shop guy altered the product I am not entitled to a refund on a faulty product that I've purchased.
Never going back to the repair shop I used and would be wary of purchasing or recommending one of these systems to anyone else.
