For a head this thick, it feels very responsive, which is nice for technical playing, has a plenty of sharp attack. And compared to a pretty similar powerstroke 77, the power dot is on the underside, so you can use brushes if you want. And looks stellar on a white snare! Seems very durable and although the coloured coating wears away a bit it doesnt deteriorate the sound. My new favorite alongside the Evans Hybrid.
