Mini snake

I bought the KFF 2002 twin mono XLR to stereo minijack to enable me to use better quality pics with a hand held flash recorder. Works well, seems well made and doesn't appear to degrade the signal quality. I'd rather pay a little more and get one of these rather than the super cheap all plastic ones.

As it turns out it's very short for my needs so I might also get a longer one. The only other one I could see was 2m which seems too long. Your needs might be different.

Schlechter Kontakt der 3,5mm Klinke

Die Amphenol-XLR-Stecker sind, nun gut, eben nicht Neutrik. Sie lassen sich auch nur mit nicht mehr ganz sanftem Druck zum Einrasten mit Neutrik-XLR-Male-Steckern bringen. Immerhin sitzt die Verbindung dann gut. Auf der anderen Seite ist die 3,5mm Stereoklinke aber doch arg billig geraten im Verhältnis zu dem Preis dieses Artikels. Beim Drehen der Stereoklinke in der Buchse meines Aufnahmegerätes sind deutliche Kontaktverlust- und Störgeräusche hörbar.

Bei der Stereoklinke des nur ein Drittel so teuren PRO SNAKE TPY 2003 KBB (zwei mal große Klinken-Buchse auf einmal kleinen Stereoklinken-Stecker) passiert das nicht!

Turhaan aina mollataan Pro Snaken piuhoja. Hyvin ne mulla on pelittänyt. Tämäkin toimii mainiosti siinä tarkoituksessa, johon sitä tarvin eli läppärin ja mikserin väliin.

Je souhaitais utiliser ce raccord pour sortir d'une mixette en XLR, et rentrer dans un enregistreur en mini-jack, malheureusement le câble ne mesure que 13 cm, ce qui rend son utilisation bien peu pratique dans ce cas.
