Cascha Acacia Tenor Ukulele

Being a Ukulele novice, I had originally intended to choose a basic instrument. After completing a lot of research, I determined that the Cascha Acacia Tenor Ukulele offered excellent value for a solid Acacia ukulele. So I opted to buy this better quality instrument. Buying an instrument without trying it first is always a bit of a lottery as no two instruments are ever the same. In this case I need not have worried. The Cascha solid acacia ukulele is in my view a really nice instrument. It looks good quality and seems very well made. It is very pleasing on the eye and I could not find any issues or flaws with it. It has a lovely tone and to my uneducated ear offers a warm, light tone with a decent volume. I am very happy that I bought this Ukulele and look forward to many happy hours of playing. I must commend Thomann for their flawless service. Once I had purchased the Ukulele on their website, I received regular e-mail updates detailing the progress of my order, including the transit process from the warehouse to final delivery. I received the Ukulele two days earlier than Thomann's original estimate, so in this respect they exceeded my expectations. I would certainly be happy to use Thomann again in the future.

Als Holzbläser bin ich ein absoluter Anfänger auf der Ukulele und habe somit keine wirkliche Expertise und keine Vergleichsmöglichkeiten mit anderen Ukulelen.
Dennoch kann ich sagen, dass die Tenor-Ukulele aus meiner Sicht sehr gut verarbeitet ist, die Stimmmechanik einen soliden Eindruck macht, gut intoniert und auch die Stimmung gut hält.
Und das wichtigste, sie hat einen sehr schönen, für die Größe des Instruments erstaunlich vollen und klaren Klang.
Auch optisch durch die schöne Maserung des Massivholzes ein echter Hingucker, sodass man das Teil sehr gerne in die Hände nimmt, um darauf zu spielen.
Um das Klangpotential voll ausschöpfen zu können, wäre es sicherlich sinnvoll, das Instrument mit einer Tief-G-Saite aufzurüsten, für mehr Klangfülle und einen um eine Quarte nach unten erweiterten Tonumfang. Das werde ich demnächst in Angriff nehmen, um dem ganzen mehr Tiefe zu geben.
Die Tasche ist recht passgenau, mit einer guten Polsterung. Sie hat zwar kein Rucksacksystem, doch trägt sie sich mit dem Schultergurt aufgrund des leichten Gewichts wie ein Rucksack.
