Cioks Pedaltrain Mounting Kit

I bought this so that I could mount a VoodooLabs power supply underneath an original PT 1 Pedaltrain board. The original feet on these older boards do not lift the back of the board sufficiently far off the floor to do this, so a kit like this is ideal.

Took about ten minutes to fit and was relatively easy to do. No need to remove the existing feet, just mount the new ones alongside them. You will need a rivet tool, preferably a decent quality one capable of fitting this size of rivet.

I've used this board for several years of hard and regular use and the new feet have been solid as a rock.

I am a professional musician, and need to rely on good equipment that will quietly get on with its job. This unit provides clean power to a range of demanding pedals on my board, including TC Helicon and TC Electronics requiring up to 12V and 400mA. Prior to this, I required two PSUs. The DC10 is very solid and reassuringly heavy, and the mounting kit and plate made it easy to install beneath my Pedaltrain 2. Plenty of supplied leads etc. and the design is very good, in that once the power cable is connected you cannot change any DIP switches etc. The switch settings are also very flexible. You can always want for more, but to be honest, this pedal does everything I require, which I knew before I bought it. One thing do I miss over my previous unit is a local power on/off rocker switch, as when setting up at venues the power to stage invariably gets pulled on and off. I would normally cable up and leave the board off until everyone had finished, so now it is just a case of leaving it unplugged. A small inconvenience. The benefits of this unit far outweigh any limitations. Recommended.
