Wish I had bought this years ago!
Uppsala 17.10.2019
Have several guitars and basses, and do all maintenance except soldering stuff myself. However, I never had a dedicated tool set for the most frequent tasks such as changing strings and setting up necks. This kit is absolutely brilliant in that it contains exactly what you need, and the plastic pouch holds everything together so that individual tools don’t get lost - which they somehow tend to do when you have separate tools laying around. The quality of the components seem to be of quite good quality - perhaps not absolute top shelf, but I definitely feel confident that this kit will do its job for me and my instruments for many many years to come. Simply brilliant and highly recommended!

HJ
Perfect Tool Set for Any Level Guitarist
Howl Jenkins 06.10.2023
This tool set is a great fit for any guitarist that want to tweak the setup of their guitar without having to bring it to a luthier. All the tools needed to perform a good setup on any guitar can be found here.

All materials used in making these tools are of great quality and will last years. I've made plenty of neck adjustments to my Strat and hollow body guitars, both played exceptionally better after a few tweaks with the included allen wrenches.

String cutter works well, the string winder is smooth and fine tunings to action are accounted for with the feeler gauges and ruler.

A usual Thomann's shipping times and customer service was impeccable, product arrived fast and without any damage.

In conclusion, I believe it to be the all-round best toolkit for the price. You won't be disappointed with it.

M
Great, useful kit
MikalUK 01.01.2020
I started doing my own setups, and purchased this kit to do that. Great kit, I really only use a couple of bits, setting up my Strat style guitar. The ruler gets a lot of use, all you need is a good magnifying glass to get the measurements spot on. Good quality, handy bag.

A
Very Helpful.

The Cruztools GTR-1 features all the basic tools you need to setup your guitar. Furthermore, it can be easily carried in your gigbag in case you need it in a rehearsal/ gig. It has an inside pocket where you can put the featured setup manual as long as strings. I keep it on stage next to my amp in every gig in case I break a string.
