Needed some filing to fit my Gretsch GT2622T
Roelof 15.05.2019
The build quality of this part is great, but do make sure it actually fits your guitar. With my Gretsch it just a bit too wide, pushing the tuner bushings to the sides. Some careful sanding with a Dremel resulted in a better fit. The result is ok and does help with string binding. If you are using this on a Gretsch too, do not forget to file the nut slots too after installation so they align again with the new string angle.

In Verbindung mit der Ibanez AR 420 problematisch.
Joergfux 23.03.2019

Simple fix to a simple problem
Pe-pe 22.11.2022
I have a Flying V, and the string pull on those classic Gibson headstocks is insanely bad especially with an adjustable nut and thick strings. This fixes the problem very easily.

One of the biggest pros of the string butler is that it's a simple installation. Just mount it on 2 tuning heads and that's it.

A compact solution to a design flaw, highly recommended.
