Pick preference is very personal, so there's no need to write an essay about it. The Jazz picks suit my style (mainly metal and rock, heavy rhythmic chugging and accuracy in lead picking). I usually buy the large pack once every few years and distribute them everywhere so I can always have a pick available. They last long and keep there edge pretty well even when worn down. Good grip and feel (I've only dropped a pick once in the last 4 years during playing). Excellent in all accounts. Always go for the quantity pack and forget about buying or finding picks for the next 10 years.

The sound of tortex with the feel of Jazz III!
Øystein Eirik 07.04.2014
I've been playing Jazz III picks for a really long time, but what I found to be the worst thing about them is the lack of pick attack. I decided to give these a spin, and they were exactly what I needed. The grip of the tortex is also better than the normal nylon, so the adjustment period is about none.
If you love Jazz III picks but want to sound like the old classics, give this pick a spin. In my book they are the ultimate Jazz III pick!
They are a bit less durable than the nylons, but still durable enough for days upon days of use!

A
Great alternative.
Anonymous 26.02.2014
This pick is a great alternative for Jazz III which is choice of many top player. I personally like this the touch is a bit softer but snappier at the same time. Also at least for me, this pick is more controllable in sweep picking than Jazz III. Only downside is that these picks wear down quite fast but so does the Jazz III.
