My main pick
The Rodeo 28.07.2020
I play modern rock/metal mostly, with equal amounts of rhythm and lead playing. When I play I need a pointy, thinner pick to have enough tactile feedback to be able to track the strings. The H3 pick is perfect for me. It's the right compromise between stiffness and thickness and can flex just enough to not trap me between the strings, but not to the point that pick flexing starts delaying attack and feeling sloppy. Also, that same flexibility and the smaller size of the H3, makes me feel that I have a more secure grip on it since it doesn't try to snap out of my fingers the way a thicker and/or harder pick would.
The surface is grippy enough that the pick won't start slipping between your fingers when you start sweating. That's a big plus.
They wear out a little fast though, but then that's the trade off for the flexibility of the material.
My recommendation is to buy a set of assorted picks and try them all, eventually you will find one that feels right.

My favourite for almost 20 years
Anonymous 18.05.2014
When I started playing guitar at the age of 14 my teacher asked me what kind of music I`d like to play. The answer was clear: Rock and Metal
He gave me a couple of harder picks to chose one from and I chose a green Dunlop Jazz-Pick. From that time on, I never found a better pick for shredding. The don't loose grip in sweaty conditions and really last long. I never dropped a pick while playing !
The attack stays stable from brand new to grind down.

These picks are great for fast tremolo picking, also great control and precision thanks to the pointy shape and not so big pick, works for me every time, only downside is that they get shredded down pretty fast
