I got this throne for use in the studio and while practicing. The throne is completely silent, easy to adjust and feels like it?s going to last for ever. In addition, the price of this product is quite low considering its high quality.
First of all, the whole throne is very solid and improved my balance since I mostly play with my heel up or using my ankles. Furthermore, it feels like it puts no strain on my back even after long periods of playing (more than 4 hours).The adjustments are rock solid too. I haven?t readjusted anything during the last two months and I play every day. This is a great advantage for me as I don?t have to think of anything but drumming since I bought it.
The seat is very comfortable and I really enjoy the not to hard not to soft feel of the foam plus the good quality top. However, after playing for a short period of time (about 30 minutes) the pad dents a little bit leaving an imprint. That could get uncomfortable if you were to change your sitting position. On the other hand, It takes only about 10 minutes, for the foam, to decompress to its normal flat form again (in case it has to be used by different players).
I would recommended everyone to try it as I would definitely buy it again.
