Although this was my first guitar in a very very long time, I can safely say it's fantastic in all aspects. Being a metal guy, I was in doubt about the emgs 57/66, but they're great. I don't have a basis of comparison right now, and I still suspect the emg's 81/60 are better for metal, but overall they work quite well with my boss katana 100 gen3.
