Really nice look and feel. The built in foam ring holder used to dampen the sound works nicely. Choice of two rings provided, for more/less dampening, the difference it provides is only subtle.

I'll keep this short. I don't use any other head because this Onyx one sounds deep and huge and has stupendous feedback. Nuff said.

Bestes Fell für Bassdrums leider mit kleiner Macke

Die Evansfelle mit Dämpfungsring sind wirklich das non-plus-Ultra für jede Bassdrum. 15 Jahre alte Kisten klingen wieder fett und High-class Bassdrums bekommen damit den letzten schliff zu Superlative.

Ich nutzte die Evensfelle mit Dämpfungsring für alle meine Bassdrums und bin unheimlich zufrieden mit dem Sound und vor allem ihrer Langlebigkeit.

Bei dem 20" EMAD Onyx Black habe ich nur ein Problem. Der Dämpfungsring bleibt nicht am Fell sondern schiebt sich immer wieder aus der Halterung für den Ring. Ich habe nun 4 Neon-Klebestreifen in den 4 Himmelsrichtungen verteilt damit der Ring hält. Trotzdem leider nicht Optimal!

Trotzdem bin sehr Überzeugt von diesem Fell es gehört für mich einfach zu einem guten Sound dazu. Enorm Langlebig und belastbar.
Jeden Cent wert!
