Excellent Hazy 300
Robtimus Prime 20.03.2015
I bought this reso head to match up with me Genera HD (that I also purchased from Thomann thank you very much) and they go together so well. Perfect fit and great tone. The head is very thin, just a heads up to anyone that might think of using it as a batter head, I would advise against it. I use it as a reso head on the snare side of my 13" x 6.5 and it sounds great. Really ads even more of a punch to deeper snares. If you have questions , ask around on Thomann or maybe even the Evans website.

Simply the best.

Need a snare reso head? This is the one you get. It does everything you want a snare reso head to do, with unrivaled durability. I've cranked these heads to the moon and back, and not once have they split or ruptured on me. You really can't go wrong with this head in any situation or on any 13" nare

This is my #1 Choice

Of course, the reason I have to buy this head is to replace the previous Hazy 300 that may have been stretched out over 1.5 years of playing.

It's highly dynamic and responsive, and while being one of the most popular choices for a snare bottom head alongside a remo ambassador head, this one is Evans's perfect offering for an extremely well-rounded and dynamic head that handles every variety of tuning and snare pairing.

I have achieved world-class snare sounds and have been using this head exclusively for more than 5 years.

it´s also a great head :)

I´m also really enthusiastic about this head.

I use it together with a genera dry head and I really love this combination.

The sound is great, not too much Overtones without dampening, and also the snare effect is great.

I´ll buy this head again

The only snare side head you'll ever need

This head works for just about anything. Are you in a loud heavy metal band? This head's for you. Are you in a quiet jazz quartet? This head's also for you. Are you playing something in between or something different entirely? Believe it or not, this head's for you.

Evans heads are always nice to use. Works with all the genres, very durable, versatile.
I use it on my 13" snare drum and it never let me down.
As always Thomann customer service is top notch as well as their shipping time.
Tracking number works all the way from Germany to Norway.
