This brass slide is realy big, even for large fingers. It is made of heavy brass and produces a nice tone. But the coating disassociates during the play and the parts of this coating will spread over the fretboard.
Once the coating is away the brass will tarnish, but it is just an optical effect.

Wer Angst hat sich nach Konzerten selbst verteidigen zu müssen, ist mit diesem netten Accessoir sehr gut bedient!
Ich habe dicke Wurstfinger und spiele fette Saiten (11-54) und habe gefühlsmäßig meist eher schwere Sachen in der Hand (aus Gewohnheit), dewswegen wollte ich diesen Fender Slide mal ausprobieren.
Erst dachte ich: "Oh Gott! Wir werden nie Freunde!"
Doch nach dem ich mich damit ausseinandergesetzt habe, gefiel er mir immer besser und auch gefühlvolle (für meine Verhältnisse) Slides mit viel Delay wie auch schnelles Gefuddel machen sehr viel Spaß (mir zumindest).

Und das Beste: Ich habe es nach Konzerten noch nicht einsetzen müssen! (Spricht entweder für die Qualität meines Spiels mit dem Ding oder für das Einschüchterungspotenzials des Slides)
