A high quality trumpet gig bag. The floating support for the bell is a great idea and ensures the trumpet is well protected. The leather is high quality and the large storage pocket is excellent for accessories. I was so impressed I bought one for my cornet too!

K
Great bag and very stylish!

This is a fantastic product and well worth investing in if you are looking to get a gig bag or just want a stylish looking bag to carry your instrument in.

The case is spacious and fits a trumpet securely, the foam supports are easy to move around to best fit your instrument. There's also enough space to put a mouthpiece pouch inside the same compartment. I have a 2 mouthpiece pouch in there myself.

The outer pocket is deceptive as it is much more spacious that it appears, with enough space to fit several mutes, valve oil, a waterbottle, umbrella and music stand! I did find that I rarely use the outer cover so I removed it which added quite a bit of space to play around with! This is a good opportunity to point out that the case is highly customize-able. This also means you can care the case as a back pack or over the shoulder.

The leather was initially quite stiff, however, this really softened up after several months and means that case is much nicer to touch and improves over time, since aesthetics is very much a big part of the appeal with this case!

The only con is that the foam in between the trumpet and the zip to the main compartment can sometimes not fold over properly when closing the case and this means that you need to move it over the trumpet everytime you close the case.

Overall, this is a fantastic case and comes highly recommended, despite being a soft case it has provided fantastic protection for a trumpet! I would argue that the soft case is better for the trumpet as it deforms slightly on hard bumps rather than transferring impact and vibrations to the trumpet like some solid cases can do.

Definitely worth investing in if you're looking for a stylish case to take on gigs!

A
beautiful leather gig bag that accomodates your trumpet accessories and mutes.
Anonymous 24.10.2016
This high quality case comes with foam inserts and a toughened bell end to protect from bangs and scrapes. The instrument is well shielded and there is plenty of room for mutes and accessories in the side pouch. I could fit a straight ,cup and harmon mute plus 2 mouthpieces and oil and pencils in case without any problems. It even has a waterproof cover incorporated in the bag if it rains!!
The case is not recommended for putting in the luggage compartment of a coach and not in the hold of a plane but carry on should be ok.
I say that because ultimately this is a soft case not a hard one .

Perhaps my Best Buy! Concrete, good leather, I carry my trumpet on the motorbike almost every day and after three (or four?) years it is as good as new!
