my best choice

I applying guitar approx. 25 years, I tried lot of string gauges and vendors...Fender, Dean Markley, Gibson...

I prefer nickel string because of their sound, light feel and touch. It is very easy to bend up notes, also for hybrid picking, shredding or strumming.
9" gauge is too light
10" is quite huge for me

9,5" is perfect "middle" way.

Quality wise there are very durable, but it is quite shorter lifetime (quite quick wear) due to nickel, which his very soft.

I very recommend to use string conditioner to provide better performance and pro-long lifetime.

Good strings

I picked these strings because of their special gauge. Normally I play Ernie Bealls 10-52 on standard tuning and drop D but my new guitar had a slightly longer scale. So I decided to buy these strings for my new guitar to use them for standard tuning only.
I'm a pretty much pleased with the sound of these strings. They have a nice bottom end, have something "warm" to them and they also have some brilliancy at the same time. They sound in now way inferior to the Ernie Balls. Also quality and duability seem to be quite the same. The price is totally okay.
If you are searching for that specific gauge I think you will be fine with them!

Good sound the first few days

The big core nickel rockers sound good for the first few days, then they start to corrode and sound bad.
That even with GHS Fast Fret used every single time.
Both my personal favorite GHS Thick Core Boomers (Thomann doesn't sell those?!) as both GHS David Gilmour sets are much better strings to go for.

Excellent hybrid set

Less bright than Daddarios, less mellow than Ernie Balls. They last good amount of time, definitely worth buying in bulk.
