I bought this to replace a wired ABR bridge on an ES 335. The wire version is prone to rattling so I went for the non wire version to get rid of that problem.
Good quality finish, as expected, but the saddles don't move easily through the full range of adjustment. They get stuck at either end, it's like the plating is a bit too thick.
There is a positive side to this, there's no rattling and the saddles don't fall out!!
I have the same bridge on a custom shop Gibson r9 Les Paul which has exactly the same problem!

Solid genuine replacement part
William334 26.10.2013
I bought this to convert my les paul from a Nashville type bridge to a more vintage authentic abr1. Which requires a little bit of drilling to enlargen the holes to make it fit onto the existing posts. But well worth it. Also it comes without the string notches, so you will have to make those yourself either with files or the hammer technique!
The bridge itself is solidly built as you might expect from a genuine Gibson replacement part and it doesn't have the wire so there's no chance of getting a rattling noise from that. So I'm very happy with it!
