Gut - trockene Theorie, aber gut aufbereitet. Empfehlung! Good - dry theory, but well prepared. Recommendation!

Wie gesagt: Gut - trockene Theorie, aber genau die hab ich ja gesucht; und wenn man sich reinarbeiten will, ist das Buch schon ein schöner Hebel. Durch die Erläuterungen und den kleinschrittigen Aufbau ist auch der nicht fortgeschrittene nicht überfordert, aber auch mit Vorkenntnissen hole ich mir strukturiert eine bessere Übersicht über die Systematik. Aufbau und Verwendung von chord progressions verbessern nicht nur das Verständnis und damit die Improvisationsleichtigkeit, gleichermaßen dient mir das Buch auch als Gehör- und Lesetraining. Würd ich wieder nehmen - hab ich nicht bereut.

As I said: Good - dry theory, but that's exactly what I was looking for; and if you want to work your way into it, the book is a nice lever. Thanks to the explanations and the small-step structure, even those who are not advanced are not overwhelmed, but even with previous knowledge I can get a better overview of the system in a structured manner. The structure and use of chord progressions not only improve understanding and therefore the ease of improvisation, the book also serves me as ear and reading training. I would take it again - I don't regret it.
