Does its job fine
Chuck Lynch 28.01.2021
Got these for my EX 84 due to the scary strap pin position.
Sturdy construction and i feel more secure with my guitar
hanging over my shoulder. The only problem i had was
mounting them on my thick leather strap. If only the locks
threading piece was longer i wouldnt have had a hard time
screwing the nuts on. Other than that you cant beat the price
quality. Thumbs up !!

Sturdy, but bulky

I got these security locks for my Ibanez s guitar.
They are good quality and inspire confidence, they will do the job.
On the flip side, they look very bulky and will possibly downgrade the looks of your guitar, especially if it's a small bodied one.

very good

Very good quality, solid and fit to the same holes of the "gibson/epiphone" models.
The saddle is compatible with all other strap locks systems of the same genre.

Sturdy, reliable

The only thing I can say is that the screws were a bit thinner than I anticipated, so I had to switch the guitar I originally bought these for another older guitar I have with more expensive but equally good locks.
Dirt cheap extra added security, get yourself a pair!

Good for the money

Just as you would expect, keeps the strap on and doesn't come loose. Good quality for the money.

Cheap and convenient
Joseph S 02.10.2020
My first set of strap locks. I don't know how important it is, but I am able to force one strap lock to retreat and come out of its slot if I pull it hard. The other one doesn't do that. Since I'm not doing any tricks on stage, I'm not worried about it. They also make quite some clacking noise when not actually under tension. Anyway, I'm happy with them and the price is good!

Okay to good copy.

Since all of my instruments have Schaller Security Locks,
i needed to modify my newest aquisition to be able to use all of my straps on all of my instruments.
Since it was a cheap instrument bought more for fun than for gigs, i decided to safe a bit of cash and go for the Harley Bentons instead of the Schallers.
The dimensions are identical and a strap with Schaller Locks will fit on an instrument with Harley Benton pins and vice versa.
They provide what i bought them for: The strap stays on no matter what - excepting me taking it off, of course.
The feel of the metal and total construction is a bit below the Schallers, but still good enough for me. I would not mount them on my custom made boutique equipment but on my cheaper instruments this is a good way to save a few bucks.

They cost very little and get the job done
Frosttroll 06.10.2019
They cost very little and get the job done. They definitely aren't the best looking straplocks on the market and I had to use different screws for one of my instruments, but apart from that they work great. Maybe not as smooth as other brands, but they also cost way more than these. These are priced so well that I can just install them to all my instruments and use a single strap and be confident that the strapholes don't wear out and the strap wont fail me.
