Mine started using up a pair of batteries in only 3-4 hours which is unusual so I wrote iRig and after a week I received an answer asking to show where I bought it. By that time I had already sent it for repair. After six weeks in repair Thomann sent it to the wrong address and name and after it was sent back they sent it to the wrong address and name a second time again (even though I sent them two emails and made sure my address book has only my current address and nothing else) I found out that now it didn’t work properly.
Thomann really disappointed this time.
I asked for a refund.
