Ich habe seit Jahren ein Becken im mittleren Preissegment gesucht, dass mit einem ansprechenden Klang, robuster Bauweise (spiele hauptsächlich Metal und Hard Rock) und natürlich auch durch ein schönes brilliant Finish überzeugt. Das Istanbul Mehmet der Samatya Serie hat es einfach in sich. Aber Achtung: es braucht einiges an Kraft, dass es in die Gänge kommt und dann mit Wums.
Für Breakdowns und "Rides" auf einer Crash genau das richtige und wie schon oben erwähnt: sehr robust. Perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. :) Für Aktzente verwende ich dünnere Becken aber für die etwas härtere Gangart genau das Richtige.
