I actually bought another product and when it arrived one of the thumb screws was damaged so I emailed Thomann customer service and sent them a pic of the item. I received the replacement the next day. Well done Thomann.

Bought a load of these to replace a the broken screws on my cheaper mic stands. K&M for me are a sign of quality and all their stands I have owned are still in great condition. Until I can replace all my stands with K&M ones I'd recommend these thumbscrews to replace broken ones on cheaper brands when they eventually wear out.
