Great sounding cajon
Anonymous 14.12.2014
I've played a few cajons in this price range, and a lot of them sound terrible. Dull bass sounds and a nasty, rattling snare. Not this one.

It's really well made and nicely finished - smooth edges and a lovely pale finish. I was pleasantly suprised when I put it through it's paces. The bass sounds are nice and rich and the snare didn't sound rattly and nasty at all, but added a nice "crack" to the box. It was pretty loud, too.

It looks really sturdy - I've only played it for a little while, but this thing looks like it could take quite a battering, with no danger of you putting the palm of your hand through the front face of it any time soon.

Played with a band, it keeps up with an amplified bass and guitar really well, cutting through the mix nicely.

Great cajon!
Anonymous 30.12.2016
This cajon is like a mini drum set.

The bass is quite powerful and defined, and the snare sound is a lot like a drum kit snare. Is produces a volume well above average, and cuts through nicely in a band setting.
Good construction, and good looking woods. It's light weight, yet very powerful!
