The Martin Guitars MEC-13 strings are a revelation for acoustic guitarists. Their custom gauge provides effortless playability and a warm, rich tone. The durability is exceptional, and the construction exudes quality. Though they may be pricier, their performance justifies the investment. Highly recommended for serious musicians.

The best of the best I think. Especially if you own a Martin. I'm however using 12's on my MARTIN D42 now and these 13's on my Ovation DScale. Love the sound. It's a class apart.
