A really nice-to-have piece of gear

I needed a few new pads for my cajon and I was looking for something simple and, at the same time, functional with a good grip. This Meinl has all of these features: absolutely one of the best grip so far (I am using De Gregorio cajons) and even though the pad is not really thick, it gives a good comfort even for long sessions.
In a nutshell, absolutely recommended.

This is a strange item. Makes a cajon slightly more comfortable to sit on. Really it is a large mousemat with a non-slip bottom. Nice for Meinl cajons and not a lot of money. A thicker piece of foam might be more useful if you are getting really uncomfortable. Comfort is a priority for drumming as it lets you concentrate on the drums...
