It's alright, just, fine.
Sebastian Schuth (Cubica Sound) 21.10.2021
The product is dense, heavy, which is good. The center of mass is difficult to find, would love to read a manual with the physics of it showing. The pegs are strong enough for a t.bone SC 440 USB with its included shock mount, which are heavy. The length does not change, only the angles of the stem. Take that mobility (handling) factor into consideration.
If you read compact, it's a cute way of saying "cheap, small, jammed inside", just like saying a tiny house is "cozy" or "cute".

i bought this to mic my amp for gigs. it does the job....

Pros -
- price: its cheap
- size: its small so it fits in my bag with cables and mics etc

Cons-
- Stability - its only stable in some positions or it topples over in some positions with your mic on it, but it works for me! Its not a big deal.
- The Bottom has a strip that is supposed to add grip, but that is kinda pealing now - also not a big deal since you stage is not going to be on a slippery slope!
- the screw that keeps the arm tight has to be screwed in a lot till it stays firm

all in all, it works for me, build quality could be better, but would cost more as well!

I'm using it with a t.bone SC400 mic.
For this purpose its not heavy enough and on the verge of falling over.
Value/price is still good.

Since you can not adjust it in height to get it lower I have to angle the tiny arm a bit to get the mic in the right position. Due to weight of the mic and the low counter weight of the stand its on the verge of topping over.
Luckily that is just the right position for me.

Probably going to upgrade to a adjustable arm later.

Good piece of equipment.

This mic stand is fine. You just need to balance it properly. Perfect if you're chatting to people on skype, doing a vlog or something. To be honest though most times I just put the mic on a regular mic-stand. It's more in the way but it just gives substantially more movement options. It's kind of annoying that you can't extend it in any way.
