Absolutely Sick

So happy I ordered this from the first batch, I have lots of other synths but the Muse has a special sound and vibe and using it is super intuitive and luxurious. Great sound and a very interesting modern take on the classic Moog sound. If you re contemplating this, I think you won't regret it. Build quality is great also in case you were unsure.

Its made in Taiwan and therefore its not the moog company of old. Once we get past that and we can rejoice in the fact that the moog brand still exists. To my mind, I think the product could be better. It feels like the release has been rushed by the new owners. Hopefully firmware releases will improve a few niggly things. It is one of the brightest, most responsive synths I own and I like that. I dont hsve s problem with the build quality unlike dome people. To my mind its better than the all plastic case of the matriarch which has never sat flat on my desktop and its certainly no worse than arturia, or sequential synths I own. Some of the factory installed presets are a bit naff. Major gripe for me in the lack of memory. 256 slots is pathetic.

I love it, using it on everything, specially the CS80-like pads. I don’t like it for bass much, and I think there is still a lot that can be improved in the firmware, but I’ll wait

Ce Muse, après quelques semaines d’utilisation intensive, s’avère être un véritable monstre de sons. C’est tout simplement magique. Les patchs de démonstration ne rendent pas vraiment compte des possibilités de cet instrument tout simplement merveilleux. Il est capable de tout, avec des commandes précises au bout des doigts pour faire évoluer les sons de manière intuitive et immédiate durant le jeu. Il est doté d’une qualité de fabrication impeccable. J’ai eu quelques difficultés au début quant à l’accordage, mais en fait, il suffit de le mettre en marche sans aucun branchement externe et alors il est très stable. C’est une machine de guerre qui ravira les musiciens les plus exigeants, quel que soit le style joué.
Cet instrument est un univers à lui tout seul. Sûrement une nouvelle légende est née !
