2

Nut File

  • With industrial diamond coating
  • Diameter: 0.050" / 1.27 mm
  • Grit size: 150
  • Cutting surface: 44 mm
  • Innovative, round file design ('string-shape') for smooth, precise cuts
  • Laser-engraved size on the blade
  • Ergonomic handle and a practical hole to hang on the workbench
  • Perfect for simultaneous filing and polishing for new or existing nut slots
  • Ideal for most common nut materials: nylon, bone, graphite, TUSQ, and even works great on saddles

Note: Properly used, the MusicNomad diamond-coated saddle file will last a very long time. Originally known for industrial applications, diamond is considered one of the most durable abrasives available. Only use these files for saddles made of bone, graphite, plastic or TUSQ materials, or for brass or zinc tailpieces. The files are not suitable for grinding steel. Clean the files regularly with a brush to remove grinding residues from the gaps in the diamond coating. If the grinding effect on the front part of the file wears off, the file can be turned in the handle to bring the less-used rear part to the front.

weil die "Feile" von diesem praktischen Kunststoffrahmen eingefasst ist. D.h. man kann richtig schön mit denen arbeiten, ohne das man Gefahr läuft, sich die Kopfplatte zu ruinieren.
