Great XLR socket

This is the perfect XLR socket (inner plastic part) if you want to modify/repair any mic (except Shure mics). I used the idea from beyerdynamic TG D58/59 - I took the beyerdynamic MKV 87 and the Neutrik XLR socket and modify it, so that I can connect the mic cable not straight to the mics (TG D35 and TG D50).

Es war sehr umständlich, sich bei jedem Auftritt hinunter zu bücken und 3 XLR-Kabeln hinten im Rack in die Ausgänge des Monitor-Controllers zu stecken. Also kam ich auf die Idee, beim selbst angefertigten Rack aus Holz diese Buchsen außen anzubringen, wobei sie innen fix verlötet wurden. Ab jetzt kann ich die 3 XLR-Kabeln ganz einfach außen (seitlich am Rack) anstecken.
Die Qualität ist - wie man es von Neutrik erwartet - erstklassig. Ich entschied mich für die schwarzen Buchsen, weil sie meiner Meinung nach weniger auffallen.
Das Anlöten erwies sich als einfach, nachdem ich zuerst mit einem Bohrer die entsprechenden Löcher durch das Holz gebohrt hatte.
Fazit: Super Sache - wenn man eine Verwendung dafür hat. Uneingeschränkte Kauf-Empfehlung!

Der NC3MP-B ist wie von Neutrik gewohnt ein sehr robuster und gut durchdachter Einbau-Stecker für amtliche XLR-Verbindungen. Gut gelöst ist vor allem die Beschriftung der Lötfahnen, die im Gegensatz zu Konkurrenz-Produkten gut lesbar ist. Die Fertigungstoleranzen lassen keine Wünsche offen, da wackelt kein eingestecktes Gegenstück, alles sitzt perfekt straff und gibt eine gute elektrische Verbindung.
