MI
Heavy but sturdy and reliable
Mikha II 01.10.2020
I used Harley Benton spaceship 80 for a few years and it was fine. Recently I acquired a switcher (Boss ES-8) and few more pedals and suddenly that board became too small for my collection of pedals and its case offered very little protection for the expensive equipment.
Although I knew that this board and its case are heavy, I was surprised how heavy they are when they arrived, especially when I attached all pedals and cables. Case has the wheels so one person can drive it on a flat surface, but it is too heavy for one person to handle it on the stairs. It is even difficult for me alone to put it in the car trunk.
I guess you have to deal with the heaviness if you want all that pedals, and it is the only real complaint. Everything else about it is excellent. The board is large enough for all my pedals and there is enough room underneath for power supplies and cables. The case is sturdy, locks and handles are very reliable, and it even looks nice.
The board is very minimalistic, it is not the perfect solution if you want the complete system for the attachment of pedals and power supplies or cable management or input/output interface. Those things will probably cost you a few hours of work and additional few euros. However, it is not a real downside for me because I could adapt the board to my needs. For example, I attached some pedals with dual lock tape, and some of them with velcro for easy swapping.
The price is fine for what it is and I am very satisfied with the board and the case.

Perfect

I bought this one with the hard case and it's simply perfect!
Now my volume, expression and wah pedal can go side by side next to the BOSS ES-8. What a dream setup...

Stabiles Profi Equipement
