If you play a Les Paul sitting down than this isn't the cable for you. The sound kept cutting off an on because the kill switch on the cable kept hitting my leg. Will work without problems on a strat style guitar where the input jack is on the front of the body. The cable is built right and looks tough

I have a problem on the connector, so the mute bottom is not working, it's doing some noise. I think is a lifetime guarantee, how can I proceed to repair? Thanks
