Small Mallets
Martine8218 15.05.2014
This is a lovely set of mallets that make my TamTams of sizes 18 inch to 22 inch sound really good .

Bear in mind that using different mallet weights and softnesses produce different sounds and that yet other sounds are produced depending on how the gong is singing when it is struck !

They are also useful on larger TamTams, although the larger the TamTam then the heavier mallets will draw out more of their sound range. As a pair they are not bad on a 32 inch gong in my opinion, but not ideal.

Great Sound!
Anonymous 29.06.2016
Small but mighty! these rollers can get any size of gong singing with minimal contact noise. singly they can be used for up to a 28" or as a pair of rollers thy can be used on a 42" with great response, they can also double up as a bass drum rollers but are a bit heavy. they have the quality of a Paiste mallet but a fraction of the cost. The only gripe i have is that they don't have a string hole for suspending.

Der kleine Bruder
Carlos-33 18.01.2018
