I am playing on an old Spanish Laud 50 years old.
I looked for strings that will reflect its special tones and harmonies.
I chose the Pyramid Bandurria / Laud Strings because I am familiar with Pyramid strings for along time. I have them also on my Sukkar Syrian Oud and my Turkish Saz. The sound is superb!
The quality is also outstanding as all Pyramid strings.
I guess that for Bandurria you will need to cut them more because the scale is much shorter.
The sound on my Spanish laud is warm , full of harmonies and just great!

Bought for an old Spanish Laud , not easy to find strings for these, in the UK at least. These for and sound just fine.

Je suis content d'avoir trouvé ces cordes, je désespérais d'en trouver pour mon laud Alhambra. Je son est plus que correct, surtout quand on connait le prix de ces cordes. Je n'ai mis "que" 3 étoiles pour la qualité de fabrication, car les cordes se sont spécialement vite oxydées.
Je recommande, malgré la courte durée de vie, car elle sonnent très bien, et on peut se permettre de les changer un peut plus souvent, étant donné le prix dérisoire.

I'm glad I found these strings, I was desperate to find some for my Alhambra laud. I sound more than correct, especially when you know the price of these strings. I gave "only" 3 stars for the manufacturing quality, because the strings oxidized especially quickly. I recommend, despite the short lifespan, because they sound very good, and we can afford to change them a little more often, given the ridiculous price.
